Can you store my luggage?
The concierge will store your luggage if you arrive earlier than our check in time or are leaving later than our check out time. We do not store luggage overnight and we do not store luggage between stays.
What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is from 15.00 and check out is by 11.00.
Is smoking permitted?
Nell Gwynn House is a fully non-smoking building. There is a designated smoking area at the rear of the building.
Please enquire at the letting office should you require direction to the smoking area.
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, the building has a no pets policy.
Do all rooms have safes?
Yes, all of our apartments have safe deposit boxes. These are electronic push button types.
